When I reflect on the journey of Magasin Irakoze, I see more than the growth of a business. Since 2000, our ambition has been to serve our customers with dedication, build lasting relationships and contribute to the development of Burundi. The road has not always been easy, but it has taught us to focus on what matters most: the trust of our customers, the commitment of our teams and the quality of our service.

I believe deeply in the potential of women to lead. A woman is capable of starting a business, guiding a team and building something that lasts. To young women in Burundi and beyond: believe in your ideas, begin with what you have and keep going. Success is built day by day, through effort and the courage to continue.
